“ Vor etwa 4 Jahren habe ich bei Holger eine Lelit Bianca gekauft. Nach eingehender, freundlicher Beratung, bin ich mit dem Siebträger und einem großen lächeln aus dem Laden raus. Seitdem läuft die Maschine perfekt, macht traumhaften Espresso. Ohne jegliche Gier, ein Geschäft zu machen. Ehrlicher, kundenorientierter Service, mehr geht nicht. Also wer eine sehr gute Espressomaschine kaufen will und dazu noch den perfekten Service dafür sucht sollte sich an Holger Musack wenden! Vielen Dank für alles!!! 10 von 10 Punkten!!! ”
“ Ich hatte bei X-press Caff'e vor etwa zwei Jahren eine Lelit Siebträgermaschiene mit intergriertem Mahlwerk gekauft. Habe wegen eines defekten Schalters die Werkstatt aufgesucht. Nach kurzer Begutachtung wurde die Maschiene vollkommen unaufgeregt und proffesionell instand gesetzt. Der Netzschalter wurde auf Kulanz, kostenfrei getauscht. Maschiene laüft wieder.......... “ Hier ist ein Fachmann am Werk! Von der ersten Minute an, bei der Auswahl der Kaffeemaschine + -mühle, fühlte ich sehr gut beraten. Es wird Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Maschine zu den Ansprüchen des Kunden passt. Auch im Reparaturfall habe ich mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Kurzer Hand wurde der "Defekt" behoben und ich konnte sofort die Maschine wieder mitnehmen (mit meiner Beschreibung hatte sich seine Vermutung direkt bestätigt -> gezielte Lösung). Seine Leidenschaft zu Kaffee merkt man ihm an und es macht Laune, sich mit ihm zu unterhalten. Klare Empfehlung!! ”
